Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Be-Rtistic stencil workbooks, tracing books, and artbooks.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

Because our products are printed learning/stencil books, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete order

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind, after the book has been opened, used, or traced in
  • Books returned outside the 7-day window

How to Request a Return

  1. Email bnartistic.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for the item to be returned or provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit/replacement, your choice) within 5–7 business days.
  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, as arranged with you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
